Lincoln and Lana try to save some frogs from getting dissected, but it soon escalates into one big "fart" of a day...
Rick & Morty episode: Mortynight Run
Loud House episode: Frog Wild
- Adaptational Nice Guy: After Lincoln and Lana kill Fart, Rick realizes what happens and sympathizes with them rather than remain ignorant and mock them like he did with Morty.
- Children Forced to Kill: Lana kills Fart with the Antimatter gun to stop him from summoning his kind and killing all carbon-based life.
- Friend to All Living Things: Lana, as usual, but it's deconstructed in this chapter. Rick actually brings up a good point that they're breaking the law by stealing them from the school and when Fart reveals his intent to kill all carbon-based life, Lana has to kill him.
- Hypocrite Has a Point: Rick admits to being hypocritical when he tells Lincoln and Lana that they shouldn't risk breaking the law just because the actions might be the "right" thing to do.
- Spared by the Adaptation: A downplayed example, the chase scene on the Gear Planet is shorter because Lincoln suggests flying upwards and off-planet to escape the cops. As a result, Fart doesn't cause a cop to commit suicide and there are fewer injuries and/or deaths than canon.
