- Call-Back: Tex starts beating on Church with his previous floaty-ball body: she was introduced in Season 1 as having beaten a guy to death with his own skull. Once again someone comments, "That doesn't seem physically possible."
- Now You Tell Me: When FILSS reveals the armor-lock function, Caboose demands, "Why didn't you tell us that?!" FILSS thought "The Director" already knew.
- Sure, Let's Go with That: When FILSS assumes that Caboose is wearing an outdated helmet to avoid being armor-locked, Caboose quickly asserts yes, that is why he's wearing his helmet.
