- Bait-and-Switch: Done for each team;
- At first, it seems like Simmons is talking to Sarge in the hologram chamber...but it turns out that Sarge is a hologram when the real one shows up...although the fact that the first one is being open-minded is a bit of a giveaway.
- When Caboose is talking to Epsilon, the camera pans to show Donut behind him. Caboose then says, "Hey! Do you ever get the feeling that you're being watched by someone? ...Donut, I'm asking you a question!"
