A trio of Orgs arrive from the 31st century, but they have the powers of Mutants. In order for the Wild Force Rangers to defeat them, they join forces with two familiar Silver Guardian soldiers with experience against Mutants.

- Chekhov M.I.A.: Trip reveals to Wes tha Jen has been assigned to capture the Mut-Orgs in the year 2001, but Time Force lost contact with her a few weeks ago, much to Wes's concern. It turns out she's alive and well and saves Wes from the fugitives.
- Continuity Nod: Wes is the commander of the Silver Guardians with Eric as his co-commander as he agreed with his father in the previous season's finale.
- Crossover: With the Time Force Rangers.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The Mut-Orgs do this to everyone they encounter.
- Foreshadowing: Cole makes the comment to Wes that he didn't know there were other Power Rangers in addition to the Wild Force team, and Wes explains that are several other teams of Rangers, all fighting for the same goal. Cole will team up with 8 other Red Rangers (and the Quantum Ranger) later in the season.
- Master Org has been shown not to be a true Org, but the Mut-Orgs can sense that he isn't exactly a fake, either. This will be explained.
- From Bad to Worse: After forcing the Rangers to retreat, the Mut-Orgs find who they've been looking for: Master Org."We serve true master."
- In the Hood: Jen wears one while secretly spying on the Mut-Orgs, until she saved Wes from them.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: The Mut-Orgs have no problem taking time out to smack Wes and Eric around, but when the Wild Force Rangers show up, they choose to get back to their mission rather than waste energy fighting more foes.

- When Toxica and Jindrax first meet the Mut-Orgs:
- Shipper on Deck: Both Wes and Max tease Eric and Taylor about liking each other.Max: (teasingly) Taylor especially liked the Quantum Ranger (Eric).
- Shout-Out: The Plaza which the Mut-Orgs first attack is called "Cranston Plaza", which is the last name of Billy, the original Blue Ranger.
- Skewed Priorities: Taylor is more upset with Eric giving her a ticket than stopping the Mut-Orgs.
- The Reveal: Ransik is revealed to be in prison after turning himself in back in End Of Time, despite at the beginning of the previous season having been sentenced by the judges to cryogenic confinement.
- The Unmasking: At the end, Wes is saved from being destroyed by the Mut-Orgs by a mysterious woman who has been following them, which is soon revealed to be Jen.
- To Be Continued: After curb-stomping the assembled Rangers, the Mut-Orgs find Master Org and pledge their loyalty to him.
