The Cynic: Implied with Jenny sarcastically asking Kat if she's going to extend her hand in friendship. She's not that surprised when the latter instead tells her off for not being nice.
Informed Flaw: Apparently Jenny's issues stem from the fact that she’s "mean, rude, and alienates herself from everyone", and while maybe the last bit is partially true, can you really blame her? Jenny's standoffishness comes from her mother sending her daughter away to a town where she knows nobody (aside from her uncle) and Kat comes across as a nosy pest who won’t give Jenny her space. Besides never being given the specifics of what went down in her old town, Angel Grove's citizens seem to automatically dislike Jenny based solely on her style of dancing and are shocked when she actually ties with Kat at the audition. The judges also don’t have much sympathy for her being late despite the fact she’s implied to have just barely moved there and had gotten lost.
Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Bulk and Skull's pilfering the Juice Bar's vault causes Lt. Stone to suspect Jenny of thievery which drives a wedge between the two.
Put on a Bus: Emily is mentioned to have gone to visit her grandmother back on the eastern coast with Jenny replacing her. Emily is never mentioned again afterward, so this might as well be a way of writing her out of the show.
