When Baljeet reveals to the kids that he comes from a long line of bicycle race losers (every male since his great-grandfather has been mauled by a Bengal tiger each time they compete in a race), Phineas and Ferb decide to host a bicycle race to help him regain his confidence. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz decides to create a device called the Pop-Up-Inator, which will post annoying pop-up ads for products he's selling all over the Tri-State Area.

- What Happened to the Mouse?: Despite the bike race being blocked off by the Pop-up-inator, Candace doesn't bother to show her mother the map, which never disappeared.
- Won't Take "Yes" for an Answer: Greg LaMond doesn't realize his first speech was all Baljeet needed, and keeps showing up at parts of the race he expects Baljeet to try quitting at. Baljeet quickly grows exasperated because he's not trying to quit.
