Granny Smith puts Pound down for another nap, then Applejack returns but she has no medicine. She reveals that Rainbow Dash thinks she has a better remedy: a change in altitude. Rainbow Dash shows up and says that it worked for her when she was a foal. Applejack is dubious but Rainbow Dash says that she will medicate him and have him take naps as well, and Granny Smith gives Rainbow Dash the go-ahead.
Applejack (albeit reluctantly) hands Pound, his potty, and assorted other supplies to Rainbow Dash, who flies off, and Applejack is still nervous for Pound's safety. Granny Smith cryptically says that it's to teach Rainbow Dash a "lesson" about foals.
At Cloudsdale, Dash shows Pound Cake the clouds and explains what they're made of. Then, at her house, she puts him down for yet another nap, in her bed.
