Dendy helps K.O., Enid and Rad stop a glitch that threatens to take over the bodega.
Tropes:
- Angry Cheek Puff: Enid puffs her cheeks in indignance and starts stomping her feet in a tantrum when Dendy tells her she only acts cool to hide how she's "internally struggling with her identity".
- Big "NO!": K.O. lets out a shout of horror when it looks like the bodega will have to close early for repairs.
- Comically Missing the Point:
- When K.O. tells Dendy "We've got problems!", Dendy initially thinks he's talking about everyone's personal problems (like Mr. Gar being sensitive about his receding hairline, or Rad putting on a tough-guy act).
- When the glitches freeze, K.O. realizes they have an opportunity to make their move, that being getting past the glitches and making a break for Dendy's hackpack. Dendy assumes that he means analyzing the glitches before they eradicate them.
- "Eureka!" Moment: When K.O. wishes he could hit "reset" on the day, Dendy gets the idea to use her hack-pack to recalibrate the bodega and get rid of the glitches.
- Foreshadowing: Dendy says that Enid struggles with her identity, which is a lot easier to believe come "Parents Day" where it's revealed that she was born a witch to spooky loving parents who dislike her being a ninja.
- Impact Silhouette: Glitch Rad gets hit in the face with the door to the break room, leaving his face imprinted on it. Enid finds it gross.
- Medium Blending: The virus turns the characters into low-polygon, glitchy CGI models.
- Not Quite Back to Normal: After Dendy resets her computer system, everyone who was infected is back to normal, except for K.O., who has a glitchy head and messed up voice.
- Reset Button: Dendy's solution to stopping the virus is to reset the system on her computer, which literally resets the Bodega and everyone in it (except K.O.).
- Schmuck Bait: Dendy warns K.O. not to click on the pop-up ad for a POW card power up because it likely contains a virus. She's hardly done talking when the screen is filled with pop-ups.Dendy: You touched it, didn't you?
K.O.: [nervously] N-n-no. - Trailers Always Spoil: The advertisements for the "New New New Boo" block that this episode was a part of spoiled Rad and Enid succumbing to the Glitch virus.
- Twisted Ankle: Parodied; Rad not only sprains both ankles trying to escape from the glitch zombies, he injures his wrists trying to walk on his hands.
