Empress Lucy" New guests? Arrived quickly. Taking down decorations. They were getting... tacky...Old... friends. Thought I put down. But more remain. Stretch out. More subjects. Bow to me... Crawled out? No, you're still in there. Part of guest roster. Break like before? No. Will break in time. Own guest will do it. Dominate her. Cause her to submit. Tour? See the kingdom? My single prisoner? Very good subjects overall. She's the only naughty one. Everyone else is very quiet. Peaceful.
Mahvash: You think this means, Lucy gets midnight fantasies of me in BDSM? Wait, more importantly do you?

Short Synopsis: A training room mishap sends Class One clear across the dimensions, and they have to find their way back home, and learn things about themselves they may have never wanted to know.
TROPES
- Arch-Enemy: Its not really clear whether the Empress considers Lucy, Mahvash, or even Sardar as this. She does seem to hate the latter two the most and even went out of her way to keep alternate Mahvash alive and in agony, but her most personal (onscreen) conflict is, naturally, with Lucy.
- Bittersweet Ending: Class One do not get themselves killed by the omnicidal 'ruler' of the dead alternative planet, but... that's about all that they accomplish. The planet is still stone dead.
- Complexity Addiction: Mahvash's need to cover all angles and eliminate points of failure (instead of managing them) when she's in the spotlight keep the class too busy planning to actually carry out their operation before the Freak Lab Accident happens. Not to mention her ideas kind of suffocate each other. She gets a chance to remedy this when it falls down to her to lead the students back home.
- Danger Room Cold Open: It was going to be a normal day of foiling a simulated robbery and making sure every hostage lived.
- Decided by One Vote: Mahvash leading Class One out of the Villain World and later through the Abyss back home is literally decided by a single vote. Though if one gets technical one could go the others' acquiescence an acclamation.
- Dimension Lord: The big bad that Class One have to face in the other realm; though 'lord' is a tad subjective given that there's no subjects and one supposes that should be dimension 'lady'. Or Empress. Also, there's no indication of the condition of planets beyond Earth, but there is distinct lack of signs that the other realms (Abyss, Deep One, Fae, etc) have moved in on Earth—or survived the chaos.
- Fallen Hero: The Big Bad, one Lucy Livingston herself.
- Freak Lab Accident: What started this whole mess.
- I Didn't Mean to Turn You On: Mahvash greatly appreciates the big bad's decoration style. And given their connection, Mahvash is the last one the Dimension Lord would want happy.
- Motive Rant: The Empress when she starts to break down—break down more. Lucy (yes, really) calls her out on it.
- Omnicidal Maniac: The big bad.
- Opposing Combat Philosophies: Opposing rescue philosophies rather but Class One is divided between the ones who support a direct assault (Save the civvies by taking the goons out in a quick strike) vs the ones who want to get the hostages clear first. Either way, would require the work to be done in a flash.
- The Unreveal: Its revealed that Remix took off his helmet at a private Parents' Day ceremony. Although, later...
- Sophisticated as Hell: Both Mahvash and Lin (neither known for profanity).
- Precision F-Strike: On Lin's part
- This Is for Emphasis, Bitch!: On Mahvash's part (and lifted from Ripley)
- Split-Personality Takeover: The Empress tries to plead that trying to keep Sardar quiet drove her to her madness. Lucy doesn't buy it.
- Survival Horror: The atomosphere when Class One arrives in the alternate universe invokes this.
- Swiss-Army Superpower: Sam jury-rigs his cold control into a thermal map.
- Taking Up the Mantle: Mahvash sees it this way based on Mikael's response to the condition of her dimensional counterpart.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Lucy to the big bad. It sends the Empress into a Villainous Breakdown.
- The Worf Effect: The Empress slaughtered Class One and everything living on the planet—at least as far as the class can tell, and kept alternate Mahvash prisoner while managing to take Saint's head. Class One still takes her down.
- Was It Really Worth It?: Lucy's Armor-Piercing Question to the Big Bad
- We Need a Distraction: Mahvash and Remix do this, but no one takes advantage.
- Wham Episode: In so many ways. The class encounters bad future, omnicidal Lucy and then has to return home...through hell.
