Monochrome Apparition: There are several mysterious deaths in a building near Queen's Park that look like murders. People report seeing a ghost that is bright blue and glows.
"Scooby-Doo" Hoax: The ghost is a young woman seeking revenge on the men responsible for committing her mother to an asylum to steal her family's land. She painted herself with radium to look like an etherial spectre.
Uncertain Doom: Lorraine probably won't face the noose (or any charges) because the deaths she caused were unforeseeable, but due to her exposure to radium, she's suffering from some Ominous Hair Loss, although it's unclear just how sick she is.
