"One by one, my children leave."
Mami Bibir

Pipin wins two billion rupiah prize from a bottle cap, giving her enough money to repair her family house. Alan is leaving the dorm to become his favorite band's roadman. Bambang's father passed away due to an accident and his last message to Bambang is asking Bambang to take care of their rice mills in Wonosari.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Aside Comment: At the start of Bambang's farewell, Alexi ponders while facing the camera about how he is only there to watch the dorm residents one-by-one leave.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: When Juna asks him whether they still have a chance at winning Melani over, Alexi randomly turns to the audience and asks them to participate in answering the question, much to Juna's frustration.
  • Call-Back: Bambang once told Melani that his mother died giving birth to him. This helps Melani figures out Bambang's birthday.
  • Camera Abuse: Mami Bibir and Pipin's Big "SHUT UP!" towards Alexi to stop him from asking about Melani's whereabout results in cracks on the camera.
  • Continuity Nod: Alan's ending quote takes a variation of Prima's from episode 32.
  • Credits Montage: Being the finale, the closing credits show clips from the show rather than the usual Hilarious Outtakes.
  • End-of-Series Awareness: When Bambang starts arguing with Alexi and Juna again during his farewell, Mami Bibir tells him to stop since this is the last episode.
  • Five-Second Foreshadowing: Bambang comes to his house in Wonosari and finds white flags and people wearing black clothers in front of it. Not too long after, his aunt tells him that his father has died.
  • Flashback: After burying Slamet, Bambang has a flashback set sometime before he went to Jakarta, explaining Slamet's wish to be buried besides his wife.
  • Forgot Their Own Birthday: Bambang says that he doesn't realize it is his birthday until Melani gives him her birthday gift, attributing it to him being busy dealing with his father's death.
  • Interrupted by the End: The final scene is Melani, after sending her scholarship application, calling Bambang to tell him something. What exactly is that something is not known as the call is cut off by the ending quote.
  • Leaning on the Fourth Wall: Mami Bibir tells Pipin to stop walking back and front in front of her, snarking that Pipin is blocking the camera. Pipin replies that she was imitating soap operas.
  • Meaningful Echo: Bambang previously appended his apology by saying he will make Melani happy "until Mount Tangkuban Perahulit.  becomes a boat again". When Bambang tells Melani that he is going to leave for good, Melani assures her that their (long-distance) relationship will remain strong "until Mount Tangkuban Perahu becomes a boat again".
  • No Sympathy: Alexi's reaction to Mami Bibir telling him that Bambang's father has just died? Asks her where is Melani.
  • Pet the Dog:
    • Juna immediately pray for Bambang's father when he hears that he has died. Later, Juna also tells Mami Bibir that he has sent his condolence to Bambang (off-screen).
    • Alexi, the series' prime example of Hey, You!, calls Alan using his full name during their goodbye.
  • Sad-Times Montage: Used when Bambang temporarily leaves the dorm after his father's death. Those days are shown with a montage of his friends, mainly Melani, in Jakarta missing him.
  • Shout-Out: When Alan and Pipin happily dance around Bollywood-style, accidentally throwing Pipin's wiper to a customer's face in process, the customer sarcastically calls them Sarung Khan and Ojol in Kucek Kucek Cucian Lu (lit. wash your laundry).
  • Split-Screen Phone Call: Alan's call with the people in Jakarta starts out split vertically, then horizontally, and then shown regularly for the rest of the call.
  • Talking to the Dead: In the flashback set not long before the series began, Bambang and his father visit his late mother's grave and tell her about Bambang's graduation from high school and his plan to study in Jakarta.
  • Written-In Absence: Trisno and Dian should be in the Wonosari scenes as Bambang and Slamet's family, but they were played by guest stars, so Bambang's aunt mentions that they are somewhere else whenever they are expected to be in a scene.

"To you who have become grains of longing in every second of my time."
"Thank you for becoming a part of my life, becoming the roof that shelters millions of my dreams."
