On his first time arriving in Jakarta, Bambang meets Alan, who introduce him to the dorm, Prima and Melani. Not too long after, Pipin first arrives in Jakarta and meets Alan. Meanwhile, Mami Bibir is asked to send more extras for filming a brawl scene for soap opera.
This episode provides examples of:
- Crash-Into Hello: How Alan and Pipin first meet. Pipin bumps into Alan while searching for her aunt's house. This causes Alan to drop and break his phone. Alan is about to demand compensation before he falls in love with Pipin at the first sight.
- Establishing Character Moment:
- Bambang arrives in Jakarta, notices a sign and accuses the driver of lying about arriving in the city because the sign says they are Rambutan Village Terminal; establishing his status as a Country Mouse.
- Mami Bibir is introduced lip first and mouthing off Prima, implying her nickname and establishing her status as Prima's angry boss.
- Pipin's establishing moments in her introduction is her praying for Alan after he forgives her even though she broke his phone, then correcting Alan when he figuratively ask whether she is an angel; showing her kind but Literal-Minded personality.
- Flashback:
- Alan's first arrival in Jakarta one year ago is told through a flashback.
- When Bambang's box is revealed to contain a photo of Maudy Koesnaedi, a flashback occurs showing how his father idolize Maudy ever since Bambang was a kid.
- Funny Background Event: During the flashback of Alan first arriving in Jakarta, Alan phones his mom to assure her that Jakarta is a safe place. In the background during the phone call, a guy parks his motorcycle and it is immediately stolen the moment the guy leaves.
- Hot Wind:
- Melani's introduction. Bambang is in awe, Melani's hair is blown by the wind in slow-motion until Bambang drops his box to Alan's feet.
- Played with when Bambang first meet Mami Bibir. The scene goes slow-mo, Mami Bibir's hair is blown by the wind from nowhere, but it doesn't make Mami Bibir any more attractive since she also makes funny face with her lips during the slow-mo.
- Hypocritical Humor: In his second meeting with Melani, Bambang calls Alexi disrespectful for disturbing Melani with unnecessary phone calls. Bambang's next sentence is asking for her phone number.
- Love at First Sight: Both Bambang and Alan immediately fall in love with Melani and Pipin (respectively) the moment they saw their respective love interest's face.
- Mistaken for Quake: On his first night sleeping in Alan's room, Bambang accidentally drops his box from the upper bed to the floor. Alan who is sleeping in the lower bed is awaken by the noise and mistakes it for an earthquake.
- Mouthscreen: Mami Bibir's first scene is back-and-forth between a close up on her lips reprimanding Prima and Over the Shoulder shots, hiding her full face and foreshadowing her name (bibir is Indonesian for lips).
- Say My Name: Parodied when Bambang accidentally spills a cup of coffee at Mami Bibir's bag, causing Alan and Prima to calls his name in horror.Prima: Bambang!

Bambang: Me!. - Sherlock Can Read: In their first meeting, Melani is surprised that Bambang know where she works when they just tell each other's names. Bambang says that he just read "Hits TV" written on her uniform.
- Third Line, Some Waiting: The episode has two main plots: Bambang being introduced to Jakarta by Alan and Mami Bibir needing more extras. They merge when Prima has Bambang and Alan join him as extras. Then, there are Melani's introduction to Alexi and Pipin's introduction to Alan, which only take a few scenes and are disconnected from the other subplots.
- Welcome Episode: For Bambang, who one-by-one is introduced to Alan, Melani, Prima and Mami Bibir who already know each other.
- Who's on First?: In Alan and Pipin's first meeting, Alan tells Pipin she can call him "Si Alan", which confuses Pipin as why would someone wants to be called "sialan".
- You Remind Me of X: Alan's stated reason for helping Bambang find a dorm when they just met. Bambang reminds Alan of himself, specifically how clueless he was when he just arrived in Jakarta.
