It's that time of year again as Dethklok opens up Mordhaus to the public for Fan Appreciation Day.
This episode contains examples of
- Blood from the Mouth: Nathan pukes up blood during the Vomit Chain Reaction. He does so again before going under anesthesia for a liver transfer.
- Boom, Headshot!: Eric Jomfru has his head blasted off by Mordhaus snipers, leaving just his tongue flailing.
- Bullying a Dragon: The Jomfru Brothers walk into Dethklok's living room and point blank tell them they're going to upload their secret fan song on the internet unless they're paid off for a good review. Offdensen makes sure they never do so by luring the brothers into a firing zone.
- Chekhov's Gunman: The Mordhaus snipers were introduced in a video for tourists coming into the building. They get reintroduced killing Erik Jomfru and firing at Edgar.
- Fan Hater: The band barely tolerate their fans at best and utterly hate them at worst. "Fan Song" is them telling their fans point blank they utterly hate them. Which they don't seem to mind.
- Gratuitous French: Nathan says "Merci. Bon cafe." to Jean Pierre while being served coffee as he and the rest of the band watch Edgar Jomfru weave past sniper fire.
- Vomit Chain Reaction: Pickles starts a puke chain with the group (minus Skwisgaar). Nathan pukes blood, causing Toki to say they should make a song called "Blood Puke," but then remembers they already did so.
- Wham Episode: Mild example, but this episode shows that Offdensen isn't exactly the meek bureaucrat type we're lead to believe he is.
