Our heroes continue their journey to Wily's Research Facility only to be caught in a crossfire between Gregar and Falzer's army and meet Beyondard Dr. Wily.
- Badass Boast: Pat warns the viruses not to follow them or else she'll slice them with her knife. The viruses actually agree to back off.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Gregar îs the winner between the two Cybeasts and Beyondard Dr. Wily uploads his consciousness into the fused Super Cy Beast.
- Big Damn Heroes: Commander Mask's refugee army appear after Lan, Chaud, and Laika nearly pass out from cross fusion taking out most of the remaining viruses.
- Call-Back: Caught in the middle of Gregar and Falzer's battle with their virus armies closing in on them, and their navis not able to substantiate, Lan opts for cross fusion. Mega Man reminds him that cross fusion in Beyondard is dangerous to the operator. Lan retorts they have no choice. He, Chaud, and Laika cross fuse with Chaud saying it feels like his whole body is constricted while Laika says its excruciating.
- Fusion Dance: Beyondard Dr. Wily uses Trill to fuse Gregar and Falzer together after Falzer's defeat putting Falzer's wings, talons, and feathers on Gregar's body.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Colonel enters Wily's Research Facility where Blackbeard and Yuika are standing guard and playing cards. Blackbeard orders Dive Man to attack only for the submarine navi to tell his operator that playing cards made him and Circus Man run out of hit points and return to their PETs.
