Our heroes continue their journey to Wily's Research Facility only to be caught in a crossfire between Gregar and Falzer's army and meet Beyondard Dr. Wily.

* BadassBoast: Pat warns the viruses not to follow them or else she'll slice them with her knife. The viruses actually agree to back off.
* BigDamnHeroes: Commander Mask's refugee army appear after Lan, Chaud, and Laika nearly pass out from cross fusion taking out most of the remaining viruses.
* CallBack: Caught in the middle of Gregar and Falzer's battle with their virus armies closing in on them, and their navis not able to substantiate, Lan opts for cross fusion. Mega Man reminds him that cross fusion in Beyondard is dangerous to the operator. Lan retorts they have no choice. He, Chaud, and Laika cross fuse with Chaud saying it feels like his whole body is constricted while Laika says its excruciating.
