Shadow Man returns and attempts to destroy the Control X air traffic direction program. A Net Saver navi from Sharo arrives to help, but his cold hearted attitude about following orders and pragmatic tactics conflicts with Mega Man's heroic compassion.
- Bare-Handed Blade Block: Shadow Man after using a dark chip is able to stop Mega Man's wide sword attack with his fingers.
- Both Sides Have a Point: Mega Man points out that innocent humans and navis are at stake and its their job as Net Savers to make sure everyone is safe. Search Man points out that Shadow Man is targeting air show's control tower is a means to get them to leave Control X unguarded and if destroyed would be a worse outcome in the long run since it was meant to direct air traffic and prevent accidents.
- The Bus Came Back: Shadow Man returns after the Gospel finale.
- Headbutting Heroes: Search Man's willingness to delete innocent navis infected with dark chips as a means of saving them along with preventing further damage along with desiring bigger picture results doesn't sit well with Mega Man.
- Killed Off for Real: Search Man deletes Shadow Man.
