A woman who works at a up-scale restaurant is sexually assaulted at a V.I.P. after-party, but is reluctant to talk to SVU. Further investigation reveals a string of rapes going back to when the rapist was in high school and ADA (Jacob Pitts) that, although championing women's rights, may have some secrets of their own. Meanwhile, Benson becomes stressed as Noah’s defiant behavior continues.
