A crime scene photo of a murdered teenage girl goes viral and the investigation turns quickly to the girl's corrupt addiction therapist, who had been sexually abusing his rehab patients and supplying them with their drugs.
Tropes
- Determined Doctor: George Huang. He feels compelled to do questionable things to save Enzo.
- Narcissist: Martin Gold. His treatment methods don't actually help the kids he's treating, he just wants them wrapped around his fingers like some Cult. Doubly terrible as he is also a Mad Scientist who supplied the likes of Enzo with drugs.
- Threat Backfire: When Martin Gold threatens to report Huang for his actions, Huang says he already reported himself.
- Worth It: Huang effectively kidnapped a teen heroin addict to give him an illegal drug, Ibogaine, to cure his addiction. He received a thirty-day suspension of his license for this, but he says it was worth it.
