Eric Khalaby, an Arab man, has his throat slashed on video, with two figures in white hoods, celebrating their hate of Islam. Green and Cassady investigate the murder. The clues lead to the victim's cousin, who has ties to a terrorist cell. The detectives work together with the FBI and discover that the video was a fake: the murder was real, but the killer was Ben Faoud, the cousin. An imam is asked to provide an alibi for Faoud. However, there is an evidence surrounding a shipment of uranium and the feds forbid McCoy and Rubirosa to say anything about it. The two find themselves in hot water when the information is leaked
