Peggy gets fired from the Arlen Bystander and becomes a real estate agent.
- Didn't Think This Through: With Connie's spurring, Peggy decides it's a good plan to run a vicious attack article on Sizemore Realty. Who just happens to be one of the Bystander's biggest advertisers. It gets her fired.
- Dude, Where's My Respect?: Peggy comes to work for Chris Sizemore, but finds that likely because she doesn't have a real estate license, she is only limited to menial tasks like making cookies. And even then, she is never thanked for her efforts.
- Golf Clubbing: In the B-Plot, Dale gives Hank a set of golf clubs he got at a police auction. They are very nice golf clubs, but one of them — Dale does not tell Hank which — was used to murder someone. Hank does not want to use that particular club, but he's still willing to roll the dice. They are very nice golf clubs.
- Manipulative Bastard: Chris Sizemore gets Peggy fired so she can come work for him.
- Wham Episode: Peggy gets fired from the Arlen Bystander and becomes a real estate agent, a job she holds for the rest of the series.
- With Friends Like These...: Connie doesn't particularly care that Peggy gets fired, only how this will affect her future career prospects.
