Jin became the sacrifice who was annihilated at the hands of Ark-One! Will the malicious intent amplified by the sadness of Jin's loss be enough to create another Ark in Horobi?! If Horobi and Aruto fight again, it could lead to an all-out war between humans and Humagears alike! All of the other Kamen Riders, alongside everyone from Hiden Intelligence, are now going to move in to put a stop to this rampage!

  • Anti-Villain: Fuwa escalates to becoming one here. He's trying to prevent a Robot War that he believes is on the horizon, yet his method of doing so involves berating and then attacking his emotionally distraught friend, after demanding he not fight the presently-active terrorist looking to kill everyone.
  • Armor-Piercing Question: Horobi delivers one to Raiden, leaving him speechless.
Horobi: If the humans destroyed your younger brother, what would you do?
  • The Bus Came Back: Soreo Hiden makes a voiceless appearance inside Zea when Aruto asks it what to do.
  • The Corrupter: Taking a step up from when the MetalCluster Hopper Key was used on the Zero-One Driver, the Zetsumetsu Driver is created from the Zero-One Driver Ark took from Aruto when Horobi first activates the Ark Scorpion Key.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: As powerful as Orthros Vulcan is, Zero-Two is simply in another league. Between that and Orthoros Vulcan's Deadly Upgrade drawbacks, Aruto is able to wipe the floor with Fuwa while trying to walk away practically the entire time.
  • Curb-Stomp Cushion: While Orthros Vulcan is outmatched, towards the end of the fight he actually does manage to use its Finishing Move to land some hits and may actually have done some damage if the Shotriser hadn't exploded.
  • Deadly Upgrade: While Orthoros Vulcan has greater power than Assault Wolf, the forced data upload into his ShotRiser caused immense strain to Fuwa and ultimately overloaded and destroyed both the Riser and Zetsumerise Key after he executed his finisher.
  • Field of Blades: All the weapons on the show appear at Aruto and Horobi's final battle as Ark's essence flows off both Drivers, including Attache Caliburs, Attache Shotguns, Attache Arrows, Shot Risers, Authorise Busters, Thousand Jackers and Progrise Hopper Blades.
  • Idiot Ball: Fuwa's speech to Aruto in this episode ignores one thing, Horobi is an active terrorist whose goal is Kill All Humans (and any Humagears who get in the way). Had Aruto taken Fuwa's advice and not fought Horobi, Horobi would have likely come to get revenge on him or gone on to kill even more innocent people.
  • Meaningful Echo: The first part of the transformation jingle for Horobi Ark-Scorpion is an English-translated rendition of Ark-One's own, reflecting the similarities between Aruto and Horobi in their present states.
    Destruction. Ruin. Despair. Extinction.
  • Not Quite Dead: This episode reveals that Satellite Zea still exists within the Zero-Two Progrise Key, since Aruto is still able to communicate with it by wearing the Zero-Two Driver.
  • Patrick Stewart Speech: Yua delivers one to some of the HumaGear protesters.
  • Pose of Supplication: Jun and Shesta perform this in an attempt to appease the HumaGear protesters.
  • Sword Plant: Horobi stabs the ground with his katana as part of his transformation into Ark-Scorpion.
  • Wham Shot: The appearance of Soreo Hiden within Zea's datascape makes Aruto completely speechless. And in his hands? The Zero-One Driver.
