With three Eyecons already in his possession, Takeru grows confident in his mission. However, the Hermit drops by again to inform him that the next one, containing the spirit of Oda Nobunaga, isn't going to be that easy to obtain. As if on a signal, the Strange Phenomenon Laboratory is visited by a new client. He wants them to investigate the sudden change of character of one Kuroda, the president of the Sengoku Corporation, suddenly became cold and tyrannical. Not only that, but objects have been noted to float around the company's main building. With all signs pointing towards Ganma involvement, Takeru & Co start investigating. But just as they're about to crack the case, a mysterious man appears... wielding a Ghost Driver!
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: When Ghost is about to destroy Book's copy, the original sneaks behind his back and asks the boys and girls watching to be quiet.
- Call-Back: Yes indeed, Ghost's appearance in Drive's finale is canon. It's where he got the Newton Eyecon.
- Floating Continent: An entire city-block is lifted up into the sky.
- Forgot About His Powers: Ghost is worried about the fact that a city is about to fall on top of him while trying to keep it from crashing down, before Yurusen reminds him how his powers work again.
- MacGuffin Delivery Service: Ghost successfully manages to summon the Nobunaga Parka Ghost, but then Spectre convinced the Parka Ghost to go with him instead.
- Mythology Gag: The scene where Book Ganma lifts up a city-block into the sky reuses some footage from Kamen Rider OOO Wonderful: The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals where a similar thing happens.
- 13 Is Unlucky: On the 13th day of being Ghost, he meets his competition and learns that his hunting down of Eyecons is going to be hard.
- Unhand Them, Villain!: When Takeru sees Book Ganma threatening Mr. Mouri on the roof:Takeru: Let him go!
Book Ganma: Oh, I'm so scared. Fine, I'll let him go... all the way to the ground. [Pushes Mouri over the railing]
