Beroba: We have come to the finale of the JGP!
Having discovered his mother's true identity as the Goddess of Creation, Ace turned against the DGP's admin team, allowing Buffa to steal the win and become the Jyamashin, bringing his ideal world to fruition at last!
Welcome, one and all... to Buffa's world!

The JGP has come to an end, with Michinaga as the victor. However, Chirami refuses to go down without a fight, throwing Rider after Rider at Buffa in the hope of defeating him and restoring the DGP, only for every single one of them to fall to Buffa's newfound power.

With Geats, Tycoon and Gazer missing in action, will Michinaga bring the DGP's staff to his knees, or will Ziin be able to fill his idol's shoes and stop the wild bull's rampage?

Tropes

  • Ain't Too Proud to Beg:
    • With people in the game dropping left and right, Chirami decides to beg Ziin and Kekera for help.
    • Tsumuri literally prays for Ace to be brought back since no-one else is even close to Michinaga's combination of skill level and power.
    • After seeing Buffa defeat Ziin, Chirami attempts to bribe Michinaga with various things, including all-you-can-eat BBQ and making every day a Sunday.
  • Back from the Dead: Before Buffa could land the final blow on Glare2, Ace returns in grand fashion.
  • The Bus Came Back: Neon returns with Kyuun and her bodyguards John and Ben. Chirami as Glare2 also makes a return.
  • Call-Back: John and Ben's former player statuses pops up when they regain their powers to deal with Michinaga. They don't last long, however.
  • Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Geats' revival only for him to point his gun at Glare2, while Sueru comments that Tsumuri has finally awakened her own Reality Warper powers, similar to how Mitsume did.
  • Creator Cameo:
    • Suit actor Masashi Takada appears as the police officer Sara reports Keiwa's disappearance to.
    • Eitoku, Tycoon's suit actor, appears as Kazunori Nagayama/Kamen Rider Groovy. Fittingly, Groovy uses Tycoon's paired Raise Buckle, the Ninja Buckle.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Buffa goes through Riders like a hot knife through butter, defeating them and destroying their ID Cores.
  • De-power: Destroying a DGP Rider's Core ID without delivering a fatal blow to them prevents them from transforming into Kamen Riders again, while only retiring said Riders instead of killing them.
  • Excited Episode Title!: Contains an exclamation point this time around.
  • Heroic BSoD: Neon has a brief one when her memories are restored thanks to Beroba. Luckily Kyuun comes along to snap her out of it.
  • Invincible Villain: None of the Riders stand a chance against Michinaga's new power. When Ziin fires his finisher at him, Michinaga just stands there and takes it without much of a shrug, and even Glare2 isn't powerful enough to scratch him.
  • Ironic Echo: Beroba's "Welcome to Buffa's world" during her opening narration is a dark mirror of Ace's "Welcome to my world" at the end of #1.
  • I Want My Beloved to Be Happy: After seeing Neon — whose memories have been reset — merrily going shopping with John, Kyuun decides to leave her be, knowing that she'd be happier away from the DGP.
  • Motive Rant: Michinaga delivers one to Chirami and the DGP as a whole, explaining the reason for his desire to eliminate all Kamen Riders that firmly cements him as Well-Intentioned Extremist.
Michinaga: More and more selfish bastards crop up, all because you admins dangle that "ideal world" carrot in front of them! The kind of people who'd gladly sacrifice others for their own gain!
Chirami: What nonsense! It's just in the nature of you mortals from this bygone era to be wretched! You yourself obtained your power from the DGP!
Michinaga: That's right, I did... and now, it's time for the DGP to leave our world! I won't let you meddle with this world any longer!
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Tsumuri lacks the usual perkiness she has when she distributes the Desire Drivers to the new batch of DGP Riders, showing her despair at Michinaga's reign of terror. It says something when she apologizes for them being chosen instead of congratulating them.
  • No-Sell: None of the Kamen Riders' attacks elicit any kind of reaction from Michinaga. Ziin even fires his Finishing Move straight into Michinaga's back at point-blank range. It's strong enough to leave a smouldering crater in the ground in front of him, but Michinaga himself isn't budged so much as an inch.
  • Pet the Dog: Buffa actually goes out of his way to keep Neon out of the DR, preventing her from touching the Na-Go ID Core. Neon ends up touching it anyway, thanks to Beroba.
  • Power-Up Letdown: John and Ben regain their status as Kamen Riders for the Desire Royale, and gain larger buckles unlike their previous game. Their opponent is unfortunately a powered-up Michinaga, meaning they don't even get to use said new powers before they're dispatched.
  • The Reveal: After Ace is brought back, Sueru reveals that Tsumuri's powers are awakening.
  • Rule of Symbolism: Ace's return is marked by the sound of ringing shrine bells, alluding to his supernatural nature.
  • Shoo Out the Clowns: Archimedel and the Jyamato don't appear at all. The only fights are Michinaga against everyone else, which include Ben and John who are quickly dispatched and disappear from the plot as well.
  • Take a Third Option: Michinaga chooses to De-power the DGP Riders he faces, rather than kill them (and become Jyamato fodder in the process) or merely retire them and let them become Riders again in the future (which would benefit the DGP).
  • Title-Only Opening: No opening this time around.
  • Underestimating Badassery: Chirami's first reaction to Michinaga's new power is about the potential source of entertainment on how the other players would overcome it. He later sees a wall of Rider losses that tells him otherwise.
  • The Unreveal: We never see John and Ben's Rider forms before they are subsequently removed from the game.
  • Wham Shot:
    • Ace's grand return after Tsumuri prays to his core, which reappears on his belt.
    • The first thing Ace does after transforming? Point his gun directly at Chirami, proclaiming him to be his enemy.
  • The Worf Effect: It says something about Buffa's new power when he tanks the finishers from Ziin and Glare2.
