Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Brain is a two-part miniseries which aired on Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club.

- Big Bad: The Leader of Mu. He's a homage to the Shocker Great Leader, and voiced by Tomokazu Seki, who has voiced the Great Leader ever since the death of original voice actor Goro Naya. It's not clear if he and the lead monster (the Great Leader as seen in the Game World in an Ex-Aid team-up, also voiced by Seki in this special but not originally) are the same guy.
- Legion of Doom: Mu is an alliance of past Kamen Rider villains.
- Mythology Gag: Brain finds himself strapped to a table Shocker-style, and even says that they shouldn't be using such a Showa Era plot as the Heisei Era is ending. Similar to every villain group that serves an incarnation of the Great Leader, the true Man Behind the Man is a The Voice represented by a glowing logo. The ringing sound that accompanied the Great Leader's transmissions in the original series is later used as an alarm.
