Frustrated with his marriage, Napoleon Bonaparte arrives on Palau-Palau to find a new wife and decides that Emilia would be perfect.

- Cruel Mercy: Josephine shows up, as Napoleon has a sword fight with the Daring Dragoon. Napoleon begs to be cut down now, but Jack leaves him to get an earful from the angry wife instead.
- Hold The Floor: Jack tries assorted schemes to get Napoleon to call off or miss the wedding, but the first thing he did was get Jean-Claude to deliver a message to Paris. During the vows, the Daring Dragoon crashes the festivities to delay things long enough for Josephine to storm in and demand answers.

- Obnoxious In-Laws: Jack plays the part of Emilia's mother and acts as thoughtlessly annoying as possible to try to make Napoleon call off the wedding. It doesn't work, as Napoleon plans to simply have the annoying mother-in-law imprisoned after the wedding.

- Pragmatic Villainy: Jack is able to secure Croque's help since Napoleon getting an heir means no chance of ever becoming emperor himself one day.
