Post-Evidol Games Chapters Summary

Chapter 198: The Misfits' Wild Party

During the 13th month where demons go about enjoying many Deviler festivities, Iruma's unable to understand how he ended up in a situation where the Abnormal class is having a crazy party at his house. The story flashes back to several hours earlier where Iruma's Abnormal classmates all arrive at his house to greet him. It turned out that they all talked it over through phone messages that they want to celebrate Deviler, which Iruma agreed to have the party at his house. Gathering in the living room for food and discussion. The Abnormal class all talk about what they've done so far for the 13th month. Most of which consists of seeing family, and watching the Evidol Games, much to Iruma and Lied's fear that they will figure it out that they took part dressed as girls.

Quickly changing the subject, the Abnormal class all go about drinking "Relax Juice," which despite it being made of fake fruit alcohol in order to be safe for child consumption, it still provides a good enough kick for the drinker to go about partying like an adult. After drinking the "Relax Juice" however, Lied realizes they made an error by not diluting it in water first to lessen the effect; resulting in everyone becoming drunk. Clara attempts to hit on Iruma while Azz complains that Iruma's too small. In return, the drunk Iruma complains back that he's not small, and that Azz and Clara seem to have gotten closer without him. As the only one who noticed the error, Lied remains the only one who didn't end up drunk. He witnesses the chaos unravel amongst the other Abnormal students as they all turn the party into complete mayhem. Seeing the drunk Elizabetta, Lied succumbs to drinking the "Relax Juice" in an attempt to confess to her, but even after becoming drunk, Lied still doesn't have the courage to go through with it. To everyone's shock, Kamui is shown to still be sober given his gentlemen persona where he's usually seen holding a wine glass.

As the party continues, Iruma remains happy while telling everyone that he's having fun, and hopes that they all get together to do this again once they've grown up. A flashfoward is seen where the aged up Abnormal class are all seen partying and having fun at a real drinking party. In the present, a disappointed Opera finds Iruma and his classmates all wiped out and unconscious after partying too much to the point of complete exhaustion. Opera says to himself that he will surely scold them for this, which a final narration states that Iruma and company all had to write a 6-page apologies.

Chapter 199: Servant of the Netherworld

Opera notes the growing list of Iruma's questionable actions recently, such as staying out at night before the Music Festival, appearing on television for the Evidol games without permission, and getting drunk with his classmates during Deviler. As a result, Sullivan and Opera agree that Iruma should be given a punishment by having to spend the day as a servant in order to get him back to orderly living. Iruma goes about supporting Opera to clean around the house, and is provided tips on how to clean better. Afterwards, Iruma helps with paperwork, hallway patrol, and preparing their home meals and tableware. Though, Iruma is left out of the cooking part due to Opera knowing of how horrible of a cook Iruma is.

Overall, Iruma remains happy that he's getting to learn more about how Opera works. The two of them next head to the backyard for vegetable harvesting, which Opera suggests that they take a break. During a break over tea and fruit, Iruma notes how he's come to realize how Opera's someone who's not only able to take care of everything as Sullivan's servant, but is also someone who protects their everyday lives. In return, Opera explains that it's his duty as a Security Devil, which are demons who serve other demons. Their priority being to do their best to protect their master's reputation, status, and appearance. Iruma figures that this means that Sullivan is someone really important to him, but Opera explains that it's more about adoration and devotion that he learned from Sullivan. A dependence based on trust where Opera sacrifices everything for Sullivan, and in return, Sullivan will respond by providing him with more.

Opera states that this is how he's been serving Sullivan up to this point, and that one day, he hopes to eventually do the same for Iruma. He then kneels before Iruma, and asks if the latter can put his trust in him should Iruma truly decide to stay in the netherworld. Iruma accepts Opera's desire, and in return, Opera deems Iruma ready enough for him to accompany Iruma to a certain event. Iruma asks what he means by event, which Opera pulls out a special table plate. Opera explains that Iruma's someone who will need to have a noble heart if he's going to be standing amongst other nobility. Holding the special plate with Iruma's name on it along with the number 13, Opera announces that this is Iruma's invitation to the Thirteen's Dinner.
