Sebben's daughter Judy is interning under Harvey Birdman and coincidentally so does a fangirl who just so happens to have her hair-style and voice named Birdgirl. Morocco Mole has been sent to Gitmole without trial and it's Harvey's job to prosecute for his freedom.

- The Mole: It's revealed that Morocco Mole is in-fact a US agent planted by the government deep undercover, making his detainment in Gitmole unlawful.
- Straw Misogynist: Sebben believes that women should only be paid 60% of what men are paid and that Judy wanting to be involved in law is ridiculous on the basis of her gender.
- Shout-Out: The ending shot evokes Batman & Robin, bat-nipples and all.
- Take That!: Reducto, voiced by Stephen Colbert, includes friend and fellow comedian Jon Stewart in a conspiracy diagram. "He's a tiny little man..."
