• Chest Burster: In the "Yummy" option, Toothy eats swallows all but one of the easter eggs in a basket whole. Once he's done, the final egg in the basket hatches into a baby chick. Its siblings soon follow suit, bursting out of Toothy's stomach.
• Green Around the Gills: After Toothy eats the rotten easter egg in "Tasty", his face turns green before he vomits on the camera.
• Snakes Are Sinister: In the "Goody" option, the egg Toothy finds hatches into a snake that promptly wraps around him and squeezes so hard that his eyes pop out.
• They Killed Kenny Again: Toothy dies three times.
• Visible Odor: The egg Toothy finds in "Tasty" has the green variant to show that it's rotten.
• Vomit Indiscretion Shot: Toothy throws up all over the camera (and then dies) after eating a rotten egg.
