• Die Laughing: Giggles croaks out a small chuckle as loses all of her blood in "Note".
• Epic Fail: Giggles slices off her tongue and subsequently dies of blood loss after trying to lick closed an envelope in "Note".
• Human Pincushion: The "Cupid" option has Giggles get shot full of heart arrows from off-screen.
• Overdrawn at the Blood Bank: Giggles apparently keeps all of her blood in her tongue, considering getting it sliced in half in "Note" leads to the the room being flooded up to her waist with blood and her dying of blood loss.
• Signed with a Kiss: If you click on "Note", Giggles will kiss a piece of paper and put it in an envelope. When she licks it to seal it, she gets a paper cut so deep it cuts the end of her tongue off. She tries to reattach it but apparently dies of blood loss in the process. When she passes out, the paper she kissed flies from her hand and lands on the screen, reading "Happy Valentines Day!" with Giggles' kiss mark next to it.
• They Killed Kenny Again: Giggles dies three times.
• Through a Face Full of Fur: When Giggles gets her tongue sliced in half in "Note", her bright pink fur quickly turns near white as she dies of blood loss.
• Tongue Trauma: In the "Note" option, Giggles gets her tongue sliced in half when she tries to lick closed an apparently very sharp envelope.
• Valentine's Day Episode: This Smoochie is themed around Valentine's Day, with a rose bouquet, a love letter, and a Cupid costume causing Giggles' deaths.
