Sniffles' drill opens up a hole new world of problems for the Tree Friends.

Cub falls inside a well, so Sniffles creates a drill to dig underground and help Pop rescue him.
- Ass Shove: Lumpy ends up on the receiving of the drill when using the bathroom.
- By Wall That Is Holey: Mime survives a drop of a house wall this way thanks to an open window. Subverted for Cuddles, whose window had glass in it that promptly dismembered him.
- Here We Go Again!: Due to Pop's incompetence, Cub falls inside the well for real.
- The Load: Lumpy and the Mole.
- Made of Plasticine: Part for the course for the show, naturally, but Cuddles's death stands out regardless: he gets hit by a pane of window glass. While that would certainly hurt in real life, it probably wouldn't split you like an orange.
- Oh, Crap!: Mime when he spotted Petunia driving.
- Petunia pulled one just before the fin showed up when she spotted Mime on the road.
- "Shaggy Dog" Story: Cub never really fell down the well, Pop just jumped to conclusions. Even worse is that Cub ends up falling down the well for real at the end of the episode due to Pop opening a door next to him.
- Mime avoided several attempts at his life, only for Pop to drop the anchor on him.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Lumpy, Petunia, Cuddles, Mime, Handy, The Mole, Sniffles, and possibly Cub die.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Pop, Cro-Marmot, and possibly Cub survive.
- Too Dumb to Live: Petunia checked her glove compartment while she was behind the wheel the same time when Mime was on the road.
