The Niji no Hebi is a dark ninja clan plotting to conquer the world.
Its leader, Amakusa Shiro Tokisada, successfully conspires to take over the Konjo Company, capturing Rentaro's little sister Iroha.
Rentaro assaults the castle in an attempt to save Iroha, only to be drained of his Ninja Rider energy.
Just when all hope seemed lost for him...
The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club special Geats Extra: Kamen Rider Tycoon meets Kamen Rider Shinobi is a crossover special between Kamen Rider Geats and Kamen Rider Shinobi. It was released online throughout Japan on June 18, 2023. It features characters from Kamen Rider Geats, Shinobi, Ex-Aid, Saber and ZX. The special serves as a sequel to the Rider Time: Kamen Rider Shinobi episode specials.
Portrayed as an in-universe Kamen Rider TV show episode, the special starts when Shiro Amakusa was able to take down most of the Kamen Riders in the Shinobiverse. Rentaro was among the few Kamen Rider ninjas who tried to fight Amakusa, only to be defeated and stripped of his powers. Amakusa is not satisfied, however; he wants more, even if that means going to the multiverse...
Keiwa and Sara are on a normal day in the Geats world when a portal shows up and takes them to the Shinobiverse. Sara later gets kidnapped by Genin ninjas, forcing Keiwa to team up with a depressed Rentaro to stop Amakusa from his wedding with Iroha. They get help from other ninja riders from other worlds.
Tropes:
- Big Bad: Shiro Amakusa serves as the major enemy in the special. He's revealed to be the leader of the Rainbow Serpent army and led a raid to take the Konjo Company by killing its top officials and detained Iroha in order to marry her on her 18th birthday.
- Big Damn Heroes: Ryo Murasame interrupts Amakusa's wedding and changes into ZX in order to take him down at the chapel, giving Keiwa and Rentaro a hand.
- Bittersweet Ending: While Amakusa is defeated by the Ninja Riders, and Iroha is saved from her Arranged Marrage, the villain is able to make his escape, and Isamichi is still under his control.
- Came Back Wrong: Invoked. Shiro revives Isamichi as his zombie servant as a Kick the Dog act towards Rentaro.
- The Cameo: Ziin's actor, Fuku Suzuki, makes an appearance at the end watching Shinobi in real life.
- Heroic Sacrifice: On the recap of the previous episode, Ichi pushes Rentaro out of the way before Amakusa's magic can kill him, taking the hit and dying. This left Rentaro very depressed at his death.
- Heroic Second Wind: Rentaro is able to restore his ninja essence despite Amakusa draining it dry after getting beaten down by Amakusa and the revived Isamichi and seeing Keiwa fighting Amakusa even as he's also being beaten.
- Interquel: The special takes place in between episodes 18 and 31 of Geats due to Keiwa already knowing about Kekera and still hiding his Kamen Rider status from Sara.
- Men of Sherwood: The civilians training in a park (where Rentaro is in sulking) take on the Genin to cover for Keiwa and Rentaro when the former uses a cart to head to the Konjo Company building.
- Ninja: Everyone in Japan in the Shinobiverse is a ninja. Keiwa and Sara are alarmed by this when they arrive, especially as their clothes change into shinobi shozoku.
- No-Sell: Amakusa tries to brainwash Ryo, but it doesn't work.Amakusa: Looks like my [brainwashing] technique doesn't work on you, Murasame Ryo.Murasame: Your dark arts won't work on my cyborg body.
- Stock Ninja Weaponry: Given the presence of Shinobiverse Japan, everyone from Amakusa to the common civilian have access to ninjatos. The heroes also have access to shurikens and small bombs.
- "Super Sentai" Stance: Tycoon, Shinobi, ZX, Kenzan and Fuma do a Sentai pose after they do their roll call prior to fighting Amakusa together.
- This Cannot Be!: Amakusa is shocked that Rentaro's ninja essence was able to be restored after he drained it dry.
- Two Lines, No Waiting: The special consists of two plots: One has Keiwa searching Shinobiverse Tokyo to find Sara after Genins kidnap her in broad daylight. The other has the planned wedding for Iroha by Amakusa and Keiwa needing to motivate Rentaro to rescue her so that he can also save Sara.
- Wham Line: Parodied in the fake On the Next trailer.Amakusa: (addressing Rentaro) ...my son.
