Teacher Cudi asks students to draw, in 15 minutes, a reinterpretation of the painting Abaporu by Tarsila do Amaral. Conrado does everything he can to draw, but Fudêncio keeps getting in the way.
Tropes:
- Bottle Episode: The entire episode takes place only in the classroom.
- Brats with Slingshots: Fudêncio uses a slingshot to throw an ink bottle in Conrado's head.
- Downer Ending: Conrado does not get to finish his painting (the previous ones were destroyed or taken away, and he didn't start the final one), and gets spanked by Cudi with a ruler, gets held back, and goes back to kindergarten.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Conrado is failed in school and held back to kindergarten just because he had a blank paper by the end of the test.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: While Teacher Cudi remains hostile towards Conrado through the rest of the series, she never uses physical violence against him again like in this episode.
- Second Episode Introduction: This is the first appearance of Cudi, as she is completely absent in the first episode (which is also the only Season 1 episode she isn't in).
- Serious Business: The art test is portrayed by Cudi as extremely important.
- Would Hurt a Child: Cudi spanks Conrado with a ruler after he has an empty paper by the end of the time of the test.
