A teenager witnesses a double murder in a normal, quiet neighbourhood, but one of the victims recovers and heals in seconds and nobody believes him. Foster investigates.

- Actually, I Am Him: Cade initially pretends to be a colleague of the Twice-Blessed Man, just in case it's a trap.
- Dark and Troubled Past: When bonding with Nick, the teenager who called him for help, Cade reveals some of his past, including his abusive childhood.
- Honey Trap: Michelle is a Gua agent, investigating the use of sexuality to cause chaos in human society.
- In-Series Nickname: Foster is nicknamed the "Alien Hunter" by a kid who found Crazy Eddie's website. Of course, Nostradamus nicknamed him the "Twice-Blessed Man". When Eddie asks what the kid nicknamed him, Foster himself makes up the nickname "The Hidden Brain". Eddie likes that.
- Mistaken for Pedophile: A teenage boy who reads Crazy Eddie's website thinks his neighbour is an alien and gets Cade to come to his house. The kid's parents are quite worried when they find an adult man in their son's bedroom, become more worried when they find out they met on the internet, but luckily when Cade claims to be a reporter they buy it.
- "Rear Window" Homage: Someone watching their neighbours witnesses a murder, but is unable to convince anyone it really happened. So he calls Cade for help.
