Sue's hopes of a romantic night with Frank at the drive-in are dashed when he brings the new neighbors along. Kevin's bandmates drop a bombshell.

- Sarcasm Mode: Frank does a comically hyperactive version of this when he finds out Kevin must attend Summer School due to failing math and when Kevin says he got a D+ in English, Frank mockingly does a celebration for this mediocre accomplishment.Frank: Strike up the band! - Sidetracked by the Analogy: Kevin's bandmates want to change the name of their band, with them listing out replacement names, and Bolo brings up one called "Dicks A Plenty". Lex asks him if that is referring to one dick that owns a plenty, or many dicks that are plenty. Bolo replies that he just likes dicks.
- The Stool Pigeon: Bill informs Frank and Sue about Kevin failing Math class over dinner and having to go to summer school. Kevin issues Bill a death threat for selling him out.
- Wham Episode: Kevin is thrown out of his band due to his insistence of playing melancholy songs, which Lex and Bolo think will kill their chances of getting laid as musicians.
