Invisible
When a military veteran suffering from PTSD snaps after the suicide of one his squad mates, the decorated sniper's expert abilities push the team to their limits. This case hits a little to close to home for Crosby, whose personal struggles begin bubbling to the surface.

- Cold Sniper: Lt. Weitzen is highly decorated sniper famous for his ability to become 'invisible'. When he snaps, he chooses his victims to send a message, but dispatches them in a totally dispassionate way.
- Rage Breaking Point: Weitzen hits his when the shooting range doesn't have the kind of ammo he wants, and the clerk tells him to 'just go do what you do'.
- Shell-Shocked Veteran: Lt. Weitzen is suffering from PTSD. Over the course of the investigation, the team meet several over shellshocked vets who are members of Weitzen's support group.
- Sniper Duel: The episode climaxes with a duel between Weitzen, who is picking off FBI agents from his hide, while Clinton scans the scene through his sight, looking for anything which will allow him to get a fix on Weitzen's position.
- Spree Killer: Weitzen snaps shoots and kills five people at the shooting range.
