The Eds find a box of full of turkey basters in the junkyard, which Eddy calls "Canadian Squirt Guns". He demonstrates them to the other kids and immediately has them hooked. A Wild West craze quickly sweeps the cul-de-sac, until the Kankers arrive, causing panic as the local "outlaws" and stealing the money Eddy earned. Wanting revenge, Eddy challenges the Kankers to a showdown.
"Know it All Ed" provides examples of:
- Actually a Good Idea: The Canadian Squirt Guns proves to be one of the most successful scams as the kids are instantly interested in its capabilities and buy out the Eds' entire stock.
- The Bad Guys Win: The Kankers get away with abusing the whole cul-de-sac and capture the Eds for their own enjoyment.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Double Deputy D comments that Eddy is quoting a "wrong cartoon" when trying to tax Rolf.
- Characterisation Click Moment: While he continued to go through Vocal Evolution throughout the first season, this episode marks Rolf fully transitioning from a vaguely Scandinavian accent to something just bizarrely East European.
- Didn't Think This Through: When Sarah and the other kids refuse to pay the Eds their ticket fines, Eddy admits that he didn't count on them just ignoring him.
- Downer Ending: The Eds get stuck in wet rubber cement and are at the mercy of the amorous Kankers.
- Due to the Dead: Double D trembles when he sees someone has dug three large holes believing them to be for the Eds. Though it's subverted when Rolf comes in as the holes were meant for his pigs to relax in.
- Epic Fail: The Eds somehow miss every single shot they fire at the Kankers, even when Edd pulls out a crank-operated gatling squirt gun: the Kankers made no attempt to avoid any of the incoming shots, simply yawning and looking bored throughout the volley.
- Exactly What I Aimed At: After the Eds waste all their water without hitting the Kankers, the return fire (which is covered dark yellow) is seemingly expended on forcing the Eds to Bullet Dance. Eddy mocks their poor aim, but the Kankers explain that they've covered the Ed's feet in rubber cement.
- Forceful Kiss: After the Kankers trap the Eds with their rubber cement, they apply their lipstick and approach the Eds. The episode ends without the results being seen, but the Iris Out resembles their approaching lips, with it closing indicating they have kissed the Eds.
- Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: Eddy snaps Double D out of his adrenaline rush by reminding him that they're playing with toys from Canada.
- Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: After Jonny warns the kids that the Kankers are coming, Eddy uses this an opportunity to get them to pay for their protection.
- Kick the Dog: The Kankers ambush Jonny and Plank off-screen, tying up Jonny and spraying Plank with perfume after dressing him up. After the Kankers lasso the Eds they spray them with perfume too, just because they can.
- Makeover Torment: The Kankers give Plank an over the top makeover with their beauty products.
- Mistaken for Romance: When the Kankers lasso the Eds and drag them back to them, Ed clings to a tree and the Kankers drag it with them. May looks up at the tree and happily declares the Eds brought them flowers.
- My Country Tis of Thee That I Sting: Ed calls Canadians weird despite the show being made by a Canadian studio.
- Oh, Crap!: The Eds all scream in fear as the Kankers approach them to kiss them at the end of the episode.Lee: Time for some home cookin'!
Ed: (as his friends scream) Not home! Not home! - Showdown at High Noon: Eds vs Kankers. Winner: Kankers.
- Sticky Situation: The Kankers use their Canadian Squirt Guns to trap the Eds in a puddle of rubber cement.
- "Take That!" Kiss: The Kankers kiss the Eds after defeating them in the showdown.
- Tasty Gold: Eddy verifies that the quarter Kevin gave him was a fake by biting it to riddle his mouth with wood splinters.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: After the initial success of the Canadian Squirt Guns, the money jar is shown to be half full, while later, it seems the money jar (that the Kankers specifically steal) has less money when the Eds try to get more money from the kids. Did Eddy store the first batch somewhere or did the Kankers happen to steal that one too?
