When a Blizzard causes a power outage, the Riders try to secretly help Rakke Town but are discovered by Sledkin who accidentally foils their plan to restore power forcing the Riders to knock her out. Upon finding them, Olivia decides that keeping the secret does more harm than good and tells the Riders she will reveal the secret once the blizzard is over. She and Chief Baker then try to take a helicopter to get supplies. But they quickly lose control forcing the Riders to save them revealing their secret to the people of Rakke Town in the process.
