Summary:
- An alien named Raditz appears, reveals that Piccolo is probably an alien, and then flies off to find his brother.
- Goku has a socially awkward kid named Gohan.
- Krillin gets owned for the first time by Raditz.
- Raditz then reveals that Goku is his brother and then runs off with Gohan.
- Goku and Piccolo then team up due to no one watching Dragon Ball.
- Goku and Piccolo face Radditz.
- It ends with Goku pinning down Raditz and Piccolo performing a double kill by launching his "Mekanzapalagah" at both of them.
- Goku is now the dead and dies, but two more stronger Saiyan decide to go to Earth.
- Piccolo takes Gohan.
- Popo trains the Z-Warriors.
- Piccolo trains Gohan.

- Ozaru Gohan crashes on Vegeta, forcing him to retreat.
- Gohan states that the'll never see him again, but Vegeta claims they'll see him next episode.
- Also Nappa's a ghost. Or is he?
- It ends with Yami learning how many subscribers Team Four Star has.
Tropes:
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Goku briefly asks about himself and Piccolo still being enemies/rivals at the start of Z, a characterization which was swiftly dropped in favor of making Piccolo The Lancer. Piccolo dismisses this by claiming "Nobody watched Dragon Ball."
- The Cameo: Yami from Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series makes a short appearance at the very end to deliver the last joke.
- The Comically Serious: Tien hangs a lampshade on this:Tien: I am the only serious character in this show. That's the joke.
- Foreshadowing: When Krillin gets owned by Raditz, the Krillin Owned Counter goes up rapidly before exploding. The last official episode ends with the Krillin Owned Counter being destroyed for real thanks to him having sex with Android 18. It even happens at Kame's House.
- I'll Never Tell You What I'm Telling You!: Popo gives an outright threatening variant.Popo: Hi, maggots. I'm training you. I'm terrifying and a potential rapist, but I'll never say it flat out.
- Rapid-Fire Comedy: The entire episode goes by extremely quickly, with jokes being thrown out every few seconds.
- Running Gag: Nappa starts one when he's introduced by Vegeta:
