Original Series
- "Creativity": Sketchbook, a talking sketchpad, teaches the students: Yellow Guy, Red Guy, and Duck, about creativity. Unfortunately, they soon take things too far.
- "Time": Waiting for their show to start on television, the students are (rather forcibly) taught about the importance of time through Tony the Talking Clock. However his lesson takes a rather dark turn.
- "Love": Upset by his friends, Yellow Guy runs off from their chicken picnic. Shrignold the butterfly takes notice, and teaches him about love.
- "Computers": The Student's board game is interrupted by Colin the Computer, who sends the trio into his glitchy virtual world.
- "Health": Yellow Guy and Duck Guy learn the importance of eating healthy. However, Duck Guy slowly realizes that something is wrong with their world.
- "Dreams": Upset with all of his friends gone, Yellow Guy is forced into another song about dreams. Meanwhile, Red Guy escapes from their "fuzzy" world and learns the truth about the student's existences.
TV Series
- "Jobs": Fed up with doing nothing, the trio decides to get jobs. But Duck Guy has trouble adjusting.
- "Death": Duck Guy experiences death while Red Guy and Yellow Guy try to move on.
- "Family": A pair of twins show the trio what a true family looks like.
- "Friendship": When Yellow Guy is upset at his friends, a worm creature tries to lecture the trio about friendship.
- "Transport": The trio learns the wonders of transport and Red Guy begins to express thoughts of leaving the house for good.
- "Electricity": While learning all about electricity, Yellow Guy becomes smart and realizes there are many secrets hidden in his home.
Other
- Don't Hug Me I'm Scared Pilot: The TV pilot pitch. When Mayor Pigface is suddenly missing from Clay Hill, Duck decides to replace him with help from The Key to the City. Meanwhile, Red Guy looks for the disappeared mayor and Yellow Guy is upset that his birthday party was cancelled.
