Synopsis
Todd and Farah are searching for Dirk while still being on the run. Bart's searches for Ken in Montana, where unusual events are taking place.

- The entirety of Dirk's stay in the facility is Blackwing putting him through tests based on intuition, with negative reinforcement (i.e. electroshock) if he fails (which is every time). When an exasperated Dirk tells them that he isn't psychic, Hugo stupidly responds "yeah you are."
- Blackwing thinks Ken has powers like Dirk and Bart because he survived being in Bart's presence longer than anyone else. Every time he denies it, Hugo electroshocks him.
- Stupid Evil: Under Hugo's leadership, Blackwing has basically become this. Dirk is put through the same tests over and over again to test his "psychic" intuition, failing everytime, while they have Ken imprisoned (inside the same taxi they found him in with Rapunzel no less) under the assumption that he has powers that protected him from Bart. They have been keeping them there for months, having garnered zero results since then.
