A new threat has come to the 1940s in the form of Per Degaton and his allies. - Butt-Monkey: From brief dialogues in War-Torn Area 51, it seem that Warrant Officer Jones can't get a break from Special Agent Anderson.
- The Cameo: Bomshell Wonder Woman and Ra's Al Ghul appear in the Ultimate Soldier operation while trying to disconnect the Alternate World War II Universe and Nanda Parbat of the Recent Past respectively.
- Hates Being Nicknamed: Hippolyta has told Wildcat many times not to call her "Polly." But the brawler continues to do so regardless.
- Informed Flaw: It's implied that Warrant Officer Jones is bad at his job, but there is nothing that seem to support this.
- Like an Old Married Couple: Wildcat's relationship with the JSA Wonder Woman is introduced with her berating him for his impulsiveness causing him to become a Distressed Dude.
- The Reveal: The Wonder Woman of the 1940s as well as the JSA is revealed to be Queen Hippolyta herself. She is even labeled in the game as "JSA Wonder Woman."
- Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: What Baron Von Savage's relationship with Per Degaton eventually devolves to. So much that when given the first opportunity from his future counterpart, he barely hesitates to betray him.
