Jérémie and Aelita are working on the Skid, and suggest getting sleep for tomorrow, where they'll go to the Cortex to install a search engine. Ulrich forgets to hand out leaflets with Yumi, which leads to more conflict within the group.
This episode contains examples of:
- Foreshadowing: The date Jérémie mentions at the start of the episode is July 25th, 2003, which is when Tyron left Franz Hopper. This is the date used as the password for the Cortex's encrypted data.
- Lured into a Trap: Jérémie thinks the password for Cortex's data has a really easy password once cracked, and that's exactly the point: It's a trap to distract Jérémie.
- The Password Is Always "Swordfish": 25062203 is the password for Cortex's data, which is the date that Tyron had his falling out with Franz Hopper. Lampshaded by Jérémie for being a really bad password.
- Super-Persistent Predator: The Ninja, who manages to escape detection by Jérémie, as well as hitch a ride back to the hangar.
- Will They or Won't They?: The B-plot of the episode focuses on Yumi and Ulrich's ever-tumultuous relationship.
