I felt like a princess! - Hero with Bad Publicity: Mr Riley uses the bank robbery as a chance to convince Vivian to take over her father's empire by painting the CIA as villains, especially Chuck, claiming that everything he's said to make her trust him was a lie. The fact that he promised her she could meet her father, and then couldn't.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: By not allowing Vivian to meet her father, the CIA played into Mr Riley's hands as he poisons Vivian's mind against Team Chuck.
- Parental Sexuality Squick: Having moved back in with his mother and Big Mike, Morgan isn't sleeping well.Big Mike: Son, when you move into the forest, you can't complain about the wildlife making too much noise. It's natural. And beautiful. And frequent.
- Shout-Out:
- Faking a radio conversation, Morgan mentions being in "sector 7-G," Homer's work sector in The Simpsons.
- Volkov's bank card has the numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, and 42.
- Posing as Vivian's bodyguard, Chuck calls himself "your Kevin Costner," referencing The Bodyguard.
- Parts of the bank robbery echo the lobby scene in The Matrix.
- Chuck calls Sarah "Honey Bunny" during the robbery, referencing Pulp Fiction.
- Swiss Bank Account: The First Bank of Macau is treated this way in-story, as it's the go-to financial institution for bad guys the world over, including Volkov. The CIA have been trying to get inside for years with no success, and having an account holder like Vivian is a chance to finally succeed.
