  1. The Sky Is on Fire - Doc Terror holds Earth hostage when he sets the Van Allen Radiation Belt on fire, causing extreme heat and violent storms around the world. The Centurions must retrieve a powerful cryogenic ray Terror has stolen to end the chaos.
  2. Battle Beneath the Sea - While Jake takes a tour of their underwater weapons factory Sealab, Doc Terror launches an attack on the place to take it over.
  3. An Alien Affair - The Centurions explore a recently discovered comet, which turns out to be a mysterious alien spaceship of unknown origin. However, the alien ship is not empty as they believe — a hostile felinoid creature lurks inside, and makes its way into Skyvault.
  4. Found: One Lost World - After losing a battle in an African jungle against the Centurions, Doc Terror and Hacker discover a cave with a passageway into a proverbial "Land Before Time" — an underworld where dinosaurs still live, and coexist with an ancient, savage tribe of lizard-men. Soon, Terror begins to convert the dinosaurs into an army of powerful cyborg monsters under his control to conquer the world, and it's up to the Centurions to stop him.
  5. Sand Doom - Caravans are under attack from a giant worm monster in the middle east as Doc Terror and his new partner (and the worm's owner), a treasonous General plans to take over a geo thermal station.
  6. Whalesong - Terror hires a frustrated composer to create a hypnotic whalesong so he can control the peaceful creatures and force them to attack humans.
  7. Tornado of Terror - Max is reunited with his old girlfriend Isabelle in order to stop Doc Terror and his new partner Steven Storm from creating giant tornadoes.
  8. Denver Is Down - Terror sinks the entire city of Denver into an underground cavern, where he intends to turn the populace into cyborgs.
  9. Micro Menace - Doc Terror's newest henchman, the Executioner disguises himself as a scientist that has developed a chip that will transport a cargo to a secret destination for the Skyvault computer, but the chip given to the Centurions causes the Skyvault computer to go rogue.
  10. Attack of the Plant-Borg - Doc Terror gets a hold of a meteorite containing an alien plant that splits into multiples everytime one is destroyed. All thanks to Lucy the monkey throwing Crystal's concentration off while she and the Centurions were destroying meteors.
  11. Battle Beneath the Ice - A meteorite discovered by Sealab can think for itself. It soon takes over all of the machinery in Sealab. To make matters worse, Doc Terror is after the meteorite too.
  12. Operation Starfall - Doc Terror takes over a moon base and is using it's mass driver to launch giant meteors at the Earth. A radiation storm makes it difficult for Skyvault to contact anyone.
  13. Let the Games Begin - Doc Terror kidnaps a boy who is a master at a Centurions video game, and tricks him into fighting the real Centurions with his "video game" machine. Terror later turns the boy into a cyborg.
  14. Firebird - An archaeologist friend of Max finds a map showing the location of an ancient but advanced Mayincatec warship equipped with Deflector Shields. However, Hacker seizes it on behalf of Doc Terror, and the Centurions must stop him.
  15. Cold Calculations - Amber frames Jake Rockwell by stealing a bullion of silver in Switzerland. Max and Ace are ordered by their superior to find Jake Rockwell.
  16. Return of Captain Steele - Doc Terror is after a satellite weapon that happens to be on an island full of natives that worships a man called Captain Steele that looks exactly like Hacker. Doc Terror takes advantage of this against the Centurions despite the abuse the natives are giving him.
  17. Three Strikes and You're Dead - Doc Terror has bet a lot of money on the Tokyo Robots (Giants in real life) to win the World Series. In order to make sure they win, he and his newest partner, the gambling boss known as The Wheel capture the star player of the Washington Lasers (aka Nationals) called Blaster Mc Graw. One problem, Mc Graw happens to be an old friend of Centurion Ace Mc Cloud.
  18. Double Agent - Doc Terror forces a scientist to use the latter's new mind transfer machine on Ace Mc Cloud and Hacker so the latter can steal a jet in the former's body. Terror plans to mass produce a fleet of the jets.
  19. Child's Play - A teenage outcast uses his psionic powers to take control of Wild Weasel, causing both the Centurions and Doc Terror to go after him.
  20. Terror on Ice - A dinosaur frozen on the surface world is thawed out, and Doc Terror wants to turn it into a cyborg just like the ones in Found: One Lost World. The Centurions must save the dino from Terror.
  21. That Old Black Magic - Ace Mc Cloud is rescued by a beautiful blonde called Cassandra Cross while trying to recover stolen equipment used for Doc Terror's newest plan of causing the sinking of New York City. Cassandra holds a secret that Terror knows about, and plans to take advantage of that.
  22. Max Ray...Traitor - Max betrays the Centurions to join the terrorist organization Gremlin... or does he?
  23. Crack the World - Max Ray uses the brand new Sea-Bat weapon system to stop Doc Terror from planting vibro bombs around the Mariana's Trench in Terror's quest to blackmail the planet by "cracking the world".
  24. The Incredible Shrinking Centurions - The Centurions are shrunken to microscopic size to deal with what they think is some sort of "virus" attacking an important computer system.
  25. Live at Five - News editor-in-chief, Garth Maddox has sold out to Doc Terror as the former manipulates his top news reporter (and old friend of Ace Mc Cloud) Jenny Rivers in starting a smear campaign against the Centurions. Terror sets up a bunch of traps to frame the Centurions.
  26. The Mummy's Curse - Doc Terror is after an Egyptian scepter that can control a bunch of super powered mummies in his quest to take over the planet.
  27. "Counterclock Crisis": Jake is accidentally sent 24 hours into the future, where he witnesses Doc Terror taking over Skyvault. When he gets back and his teammates think he's delusional, he has to stop Terror alone.

  60. "Revenge": A marine biologist researcher has created giant marine animals programmed to obey her, to be used in search and rescue operations at sea. She secretly plots to use them against Doc Terror in revenge for him having disgraced her father years ago, but her plans go awry when Terror captures her animals.
  61. "Man or Machine, Part 1": As the Centurions welcome Rex and John into their ranks, Terror contacts an alien AI that might help him finally conquer the world.
  62. "Man or Machine, Part 2": As Terror and his new allies begin their attacks, flashbacks show how he became bent on world conquest and how the Centurions were organized to stop him.
  63. "Man or Machine, Part 3": Terror and the aliens gain the upper hand against the Centurions, forcing some of the heroes to make a terrible choice.
  64. "Man or Machine, Part 4": The Centurions successfully retake Skyvault from Terror's control, but now they must free the scientists within the captured Sealab, as well as release the people held as hostages within Gog's island fortress. Meanwhile, Gog enacts a plan to purge all lifeforms from Earth.
  65. "Man or Machine, Part 5": The Centurions, with some help from Skyvault, have stopped the asteroid storm that Gog caused to kill all humanity on Earth, and although the alien computer has finally been destroyed, its last weapon has been released.
