Milo must battle through a congestive flu bug to help a foreign kid who has gotten lost in the grocery store.

- Didn't Think This Through:
- To try to get Mth out of the supermarket, Milo uses his bouncing lederhosen as Mth could probably recognize it due to being something foreign. Although it originally worked as Mth was enjoying it, it then attracts the wrong foreign kid instead of Mth.
- To find something in common with Mth, Milo then uses a pulled pork-scent air freshener to lure him out. It didn't work as when Milo tries to spray it, he sprays it so hard that he starts blowing away out of the supermarket and when he eventually returns, the freshener was empty and the pork smell from the scent attracted a lot people to the supermarket.
- Since he can't lure him out, Milo tries using a scary mask to scare Mth out. However, he also accidentally scared himself after scaring Mth causing him to bump over a can display.
- Since Mth doesn't speak English, Milo uses a foreign word translator to translate what he is actually saying really means. Unfortunately, none of the words he said were found in the translator.
- Doomed Supermarket Display: Happens when Milo tries to scare Mth with a scary mask but when he accidentally scared himself, he bumps into a can display which then knocks over.
- "Eureka!" Moment: Although he didn't use his "Bird Brain" to solve this problem, once the flu relief wears off and gets congested again, Milo starts speaking in Mth's language which then has Mth's mother finding him after hearing Milo talking to him in his language.
- Foul Medicine: In order for Milo to go outside to help a kid in trouble, his mom feeds him some cough syrup which can relive the cold for only 2 hours, which causes him to cringe from the bad taste.
- Overly Long Name: Mth's full name is Mthgregronifsqumineousrassitrick.
- Sick Episode: Milo gets a congestive flu bug in this episode.
- Soup Is Medicine: Lizbeth brings a bowl of chicken soup for Milo's cold but when Milo passes by on his wheel to help a kid in trouble, it spills on her. She ultimately did bring the soup to him in the end of the episode.
- Stock Audio Clip: The same audio of Rutger's "Uh-oh! Flamingo!" call was used twice.
- The Unintelligible: Since Mth is from another country and doesn't speak English, he speaks in an unintelligible gibberish foreign accent.
Flowers and Candy
Milo's Mother's Day gift for his Mom doesn't go as planned. Owen tries sugar for the first time in his short life, and he's now bouncing around uncontrollably as he suffers a sugar rush!

- Milo uses a rope to tie Owen out of the rugby game. Unfortunately, the rope that he used is made out of licorice causing Owen to eat it instantly due to his sugar obsession.
- Milo then uses a whoopee cushion so he can make Owen land from the trapeze after running inside to the circus from his sugar rush. Unfortunately, he lands on cotton candy which he instantly consumes it as well.
- After Owen lands during a jousting competition, Milo then uses an extendable fork to jam the fork out of Owen's armor and lift them off the horse to safety. But then he read that the fork is not for use in medieval jousting, which made the plan to backfire.
- "Eureka!" Moment: To lure Owen out of the candy store before he consumes even more sugar, Milo ties a ball of sugary items to distract Owen from drinking the high fructose syrup at the store. When Milo's mom eventually came home, as a result of her garden being beautiful since that was Milo's Mother's Day gift, she rewards them a box of chocolate. However, Owen decided to not have it after he has enough sugar today and he suggests to eat carrots instead.Milo's Mom: This is the best Mother's Day gift! You kids must've work so hard! You all deserve a treat.Owen: Thanks, but I don't really feel like chocolate. Do you have any, I don't know? Carrots?
- G-Rated Drug: Owen's addiction to sugar.
- Stock Audio Clip: The same audio of Owen screaming was used three times.
- Sugar Causes Hyperactivity: After eating a piece of candy while watching TV at Max's house, Owen ends up becoming super hyperactive and consumes more and more sugar throughout the episode.
- Whoopee Cushion: Milo pumps out a whoopee cushion to make Owen land from the trapeze at the circus but it backfired.
