A infamous street artist, while trying to plaster his art onto a billboard, slips and falls into the Victim of the Week: an amateur comedian whose remains are now glued onto the street artist. Meanwhile, Booth tries his hand at "open mic" night, and Angela becomes attracted to the street artist.
Tropes:
- Compliment Backfire: Zig-zagged. Zed compliments Angela on her technique, and she understands it to be a backhanded compliment. Later, after she has spray-painted a public building, he says her art is awesome, but her technique sucks. Hodgins is offended on her behalf, but she takes it as a grand compliment. Not quite Your Approval Fills Me with Shame since she's a huge fan of his.
- Expy: Zed is a stand-in for Banksy.
- Genius Ditz: Zed hangs a lampshade on how everyone at the lab except Angela is simultaneously incredibly smart and incredibly stupid.
- Prank Injuries: The corpse is initially mistaken for the victim of an archery murder, as it's wearing an "arrow through the head" gag headband.
- Slap Stick: Fischer finds it hilarious that the injuries to the victim's skull match those the Three Stooges would have had after smashing each others' faces with frying pans.
