A local chicken farmer's remains are found in a nearby river, prompting investigation into the employees of his soon-to-be inherited chicken factory where animal rights activists have set up camp outside the gates. Angela's attempts to raise money to save a piglet causes Brennan to question why they are friends and Wendell to score brownie points with Angela, causing a relationship to develop as Angela has now been celibate for five and half months.
