Ben-Vengers! Assemble!note

Professor Paradox unites the good Bens from across all dimensions to take on Vilgax, Eon, and the evil Bens in the ultimate showdown.

Tropes in this episode:

  • All There in the Manual: The "Argit gets the Omnitrix" universe is given a scant Word of God backstory; Azmuth was crippled by gambling debts, and sold the Omnitrix to Argit to cover them. Malware exists in that universe, having made himself the Adipose Rex of the Galvanic Mechamorphs, content enough with Azmuth's situation to leave him be.
  • Badass on Paper: No-Watch Ben and Gwen use the smoke created by Eon’s attacks to have the former cover for Ben 23 long enough for his Hero Watch to recharge, allowing him to rejoin the fight. Eon thus assumes that Ben 23 has unlocked the Master Control and leaves.
  • Butterfly of Doom: Gwen 10 got the Omnitrix because Ben seemingly stayed behind, helped Grandpa set up a tent and then went to sleep.
  • The Cameo: Kenny appears in a video call with Ben 10,000.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Ben and the other alternates take turns pulverizing, steam roll, electrocute and rip apart Vilgax, until No Watch Ben can take the alien warlord down with just a single kick.
  • Dramatic Irony: When Max shows up to imprison Vilgax, No Watch Ben is in disbelief, because as far as he knows, his grandpa is an ordinary plumber. The rest of the Plumbers show up and laugh at the thought of Max Tennyson being ordinary.
  • Earn Your Happy Ending: No Watch Ben may not have an Omnitrix, but he's going to have one big adventure after he joins the Plumbers.
  • Graceful Loser: In a funny scene, when Clockwork sends the evil Bens back to their universes, Nega Ben casually shrugs and says 'Whatever' mid-sentence.
  • Jumped at the Call: Ben 10,000 needs no explanation to join in the battle for the multiverse, merely telling his son Kenny to wait for him. Prime Ben needs no explanation to join in the danger either.
  • Meaningful Titles: Not only in that the alternate Bens return, but about how Ben 10 started.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • One of the alternate universe Omnitrix wearers that Paradox and No Watch Ben recruit is not a Ben, but a Gwen. This is a reference to the original series’ What If? episode, "Gwen 10".
    • No Watch Ben's Grandpa Max's prosthetic arm is actually a cybernetic one much like the other Max from the first Ben 10,000 timeline.
  • Noodle Incident: Max from No Watch Ben's timeline claims he lost an arm fighting Vilgax.
  • The Reveal: Turns out Professor Paradox and No Watch Ben are the ones responsible for setting the events of Ben 10.
    • Ever wonder how Xylene's tiny ship was somehow able to damage Vilgax's massive and heavily-fortified ship? Grey Matter sabotaged the shielding systems.
    • Why did the Omnitrix's pod redirected itself toward Prime Ben? It was Cannonbolt being launched from Vilgax's ship and knocking the pod.
    • Why did the earth crumble beneath Ben's feet causing him to drop near the Omnitrix? Armodrillo pounding the ground.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: The Bens, Gwen, and Paradox find a universe where Argit got the Omnitirx and used it to become rich à la Scrooge McDuck. They silently backpedal before he notices them.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Vilgax is enraged that No Watch Ben reversed the damage he caused.
