Despite being gifted the Fort One Bar & Lounge in San Francisco, California, the owner spends more time partying and buying drinks for the guests out of the bar's account, much to the employees irritation. Jon goes in to get the guy sorted out, but he also discovers a shining star among the group.

Jon: I'm gonna take you on the road with me. I'm gonna bring you to help me do a rescue. - Freaky Fashion, Mild Mind: Ashley, while she definitely looked the most alternative person in the bar, but she was competent, passionate, and carried the entire stress test by herself. Taffer was so impressed he used her as an expert in a later episode and she still works for Taffer.
- From Bad to Worse: First, Jon found the downstairs ice chest was dirty. The next day, they found the ice maker was caked in mold. Then, once those were cleaned, they found two dead mice under the downstairs ice chest.
- Rapid-Fire "No!": Mia's reaction when Jon brings her in to teach the bartenders, and her first job is to check the ice machine, which is caked in mold. Ashley was not the only one of the employees who wasn't surprised by the reaction, either.
- It would repeat when Mia spotted the dead mice behind the ice chest.
- Spoiled Brat: The owner who was a spoiled rich kid who had no problem wasting his father and investor's money; oddly enough when confronted he fully acknowledged the possible consequences.
