Jon Taffer goes to a members-only bar which is run to the ground by the former owner encouraging overpouring and turning the place into his own personal party scene. To make matters worse, a raccoon frequents the bar.

- Kick the Dog: While the owner can be forgiven for not following through on giving the former manager the 10% of the business in exchange for the $50,000 dollar liability as it seemed like a genuine mistake, he makes no effort to recompense even though the financial strain on her and her family has been astronomical.
- Not Hyperbole: Jon Taffer said she had to chew mozzarella sticks for a full minute and even timed it.
- Road Apples: The raccoon was leaving a trail of feces in the ceiling that was raining down on the customers.
